P31 Beauty Haven | Baltimore Head Spa

P31 Beauty Haven | Baltimore Head Spa is a Pikesville, Maryland, head spa known for scalp treatments and personalized hair-care guidance.

Reviewers describe a calm, unhurried visit that combines a head spa session with massage, shampoo and a blowout or style. They often say their hair felt soft, shiny and very clean afterward. Several also say the practitioner explains what is going on with the scalp and sets out a plan to follow at home, so the visit teaches as well as relaxes.

The spa gets particular praise from people with scalp concerns. One client describes getting relief from long-running dandruff, redness and buildup over a longer first visit. Another says itchiness and flaking cleared up after they followed their plan. Reviewers also mention feeling listened to and comfortable, including some who had been let down by hair salons before.

It suits anyone who wants a relaxing scalp treatment, and especially people who want a clear routine for a dry, irritated or flaky scalp.
