Milkbath Hair & Scalp Spa

Milkbath Hair & Scalp Spa in Houston, Texas, is a hair and scalp spa known for the Haicial®, a facial for your hair and scalp, with customized treatments.

Every visit starts with a consultation and an HD scalp analysis, so the treatment is matched to your hair and scalp. The Milkbath Minute (50 minutes, from $80 for the child-only Mini or $155 for the standard session) includes a scalp detox, double shampoo, conditioning mask and scalp massage. Longer options add hand, décolletage and foot massage, Cryoglobe cooling scalp therapy, or a gua sha therapy. Focus areas include Moisture, Calming for itchy or irritated scalps, De-Shedder for shedding, Oil & Glow, Volumizer, Painted Canvas for color-treated hair, and a collaboration with OSEA featuring seaweed gel. A Healthy Hair Blowout is also available, using no high heat and no noisy blow-dry bar.

Reviewers consistently describe a calm, stylish space, friendly and attentive staff, and a deeply relaxing massage while the mask sets. Many enjoy seeing before-and-after close-ups of their scalp and learning how to care for it at home. Some say the massage can be customized to areas you prefer to skip, and one mentions that recommended add-ons can cost extra, so it's worth asking up front.

It suits anyone who wants scalp care with a polished finish, from dry or irritated scalps to color-treated or thinning hair, and it works well for a special treat or a group outing.
