Head Spa Wellness

Head Spa Wellness is a head spa in Kutztown, Pennsylvania, offering scalp detox and relaxation-focused head spa treatments with massage and personalized care.

The spa's treatments center on scalp wellness: deep cleansing to remove buildup, excess oil and impurities, plus soothing massage that works through the scalp, neck and shoulders. Reviewers describe a quiet, calm room with soothing music, and say they were able to choose their preferred essential oil. Several mention that the visit goes beyond the scalp, with face, back and arm massage, and that it can finish with a blow dry if you want one.
