Head Spa EN

Head Spa EN is a Japanese-style head spa in Hermosa Beach, California, known for gentle scalp treatments and deeply relaxing head massage.

Reviewers describe a calm, clean space with a Japanese zen feel, soft spa music and the sound of a water fountain. One reviewer mentions a scalp and hair assessment at the start, followed by a treatment in a chair with a robe and a cozy blanket. The treatment uses Milbon hair care products, which guests say smell wonderful and leave hair feeling very clean.

Guests regularly mention the massage itself: the pressure is comfortable, therapists check in about pressure, and tension in the head, neck and shoulders seems to melt away. One visitor said a tension headache was gone by the end of the session.

Head Spa EN suits first-timers who have never had a scalp treatment, as well as anyone looking for a quiet hour of relief from stress and tension. Reviewers suggest arriving 10 to 15 minutes early, since the suite numbers can be hard to spot and parking is paid for through your phone.
