Grotto Massage and Head Spa

Grotto Massage and Head Spa is a massage spa in Carlsbad, California, offering full body massage, reflexology and scalp massage.

The menu covers body massage, including a 90-minute full body option with hot stones, and reflexology foot massage. Scalp massage is available as an extra, so you can add some head care to a body or foot session. Reviewers describe a clean, calm space with a friendly welcome at the front desk and an easy-to-read menu. They also mention that the team can often see walk-ins quickly.

Guests who enjoyed their visits say the therapists listened, tailored the pressure and focus areas to them, and made them feel comfortable. That makes it a good fit if you want a personalized massage in a relaxed, tidy setting, or if you are tired of chain massage parlors. If scalp work is the main reason for your visit, mention it when you book so you can talk through what you want from the session.
